For experienced agents

You don't need a coach. You need a chief of staff.

You already know how to sell. What you don't have is someone who reads your whole sphere every night, puts the call list on your desk by morning, and tells you where your business actually comes from. AgentEdge does that, with the CRM basics you use every day built in.

How switching works →
Not a CRM. The part of one you actually use.

Simple enough to open every morning.

No pipelines, no lead routing, no drip blasts, no four-thousand-name database to babysit. Just the people who send you business: ranked, touched on rhythm, and remembered.

Rank your sphere

One to five stars. Each rank carries its own touch rhythm, so the app knows who is due and who is overdue.

Every contact on one page

Phone, email, address, company, relationship, tags, notes, and every touch you have logged.

Key dates

Birthdays, home anniversaries and closing dates, surfaced before they arrive, not after.

Log a touch in one tap

Call, text, email, handwritten note, in-person, video. Or say it out loud and voice update fills it in.

Referral tree

Who sent you whom, down the chain, with every closing traced back to the person who started it.

Transactions

Your closings in one list, tied to the contacts and referrals behind them.

To-dos and notes

The follow-ups that are not a touch, kept right next to everything else.

Add people three ways

Talk through them, paste a list, or type them in. Or send us your file and we will load it.

Your sphere is capped on purpose at 400 people. It is the list of people who will actually refer you, not everyone you have ever met.

One contact: every touch for a year, and the referral tree behind them.

Choose who briefs you

Pick a coach if you want a motivator. Pick a chief of staff if you want an operator.

Sixteen voices to choose from: ten coaches and six chiefs of staff. Every one of them reads the same data about your business. They just say it differently. Pick the one you would actually listen to at 7 in the morning.

Lead with execution: the call list, the follow-through, the open loops. No pep talks.

Pace, not pep talks

Real estate wears people down quietly. Even the ones twenty years in.

AgentEdge tracks how you are holding up, not just what you did. A ten-second pulse every day, a three-minute video check-in every week, and a brief that notices the pattern before you do.

Daily pulse

Ten seconds before you log your day.

Energy, motivation, confidence, focus and stress on a 1 to 5 scale, plus sleep, exercise, eating well and personal time. The app watches your seven-day trend against your own average, not one bad Tuesday, and it feeds the green, yellow or red read at the top of your morning brief.

How you feel today: energy, motivation, confidence, focus, stress, sleep, exercise, ate well and personal timeSample data
Weekly check-in

Three minutes on video. Prompts, not a script.

What went well, what got in the way, how your energy really is, and one thing you will do differently next week. The video is analyzed for sentiment, energy, confidence, motivation and burnout signals. Nothing is analyzed until you give consent, and only you and your coach see the results.

  • A due check-in is the first thing you see, with your streak beside it
  • Your coach's open asks wait right next to the camera
  • Every week is saved, so you can look back at any of them

A check-in review: sentiment, energy, confidence and burnout read, biggest win and gap, and this week's signalsSample data
What comes back

A read on your week, not a score.

A written read on how the week went, your biggest win, gap, obstacle and opportunity, and this week's signals. Anything you committed to becomes a goal with one click, and you decide whether your coach sees it.

Twelve weeks of check-in energy against contactsSample data

Twelve weeks of energy, next to the number of people you talked about.

If you work with a CoachingEdge coach, they see the trend too, and a burnout flag shows on their roster before it shows up in your numbers.

When the numbers say slow down, your chief of staff says so.

“Fourteen straight days logged. Friday after two is open.”

Grace, The Desk

“Fourteen days straight. Nobody ever sold their way out of tired. Friday afternoon is open.”

Walt, The Business

“Stop. Sleep under six for four nights and stress at five. One call, then go home. The list will keep.”

Rita, Commitments

When stress runs high three days in a row, the call list gets shorter, not longer.

IntelligenceEdge · Vera, your analyst

Your coach tells you how. Vera tells you what's true.

Every night Vera works through your contacts, touches, referrals, closings and plan, and finds what changed. The database does the math. Vera explains it in plain English, and every number is checked against your data before you see it. Each morning the single most important finding lands in your brief, in your chief of staff's voice.

Worth knowing · Where your business comes from
Ten people account for 17 of your 34 closings over the last twelve months. Arlene Boyd alone traces to five of them.

Where your business comes from

How few people your closings trace back to, following referral chains to the person who started each one.

A relationship cooling

Top-tier contacts touched less often than they used to be, flagged before they go overdue.

Past producers gone quiet

People who have sent you business and have not heard from you in 180+ days.

Your plan vs your sphere

Whether the people you are actually working can carry your goal. Often: not more names, these 40 back in rotation.

Effort vs value

Contacts getting lots of touches with nothing back, and producers who are barely touched.

Dates and tenure windows

Birthdays, home anniversaries, and past clients reaching 5, 7 or 10 years in the home.

Business by relationship

Which kinds of relationships produce closings, versus where your effort goes.

Your seasonal pattern

Referrals and conversations by month over two years, so a slow month is not a surprise.

No AI in the number path

Every number is computed by the database from your own records. Vera writes the sentences, never the math.

Every number is checked

Before anything Vera writes is shown, each number in it is matched to the data. If one does not match, the sentence is dropped.

Honest about small samples

Findings built on little data are labeled “early read.” Thin conversion rates are called blended, not yours.

No predictions

Vera describes patterns and windows. She never says someone will move, and never tells you what you could earn.

Your data only

No scraped public records and no comparisons to other agents. You against your own history and your own plan.

You control it

One switch in Account settings hides the analyst layer entirely.

Sphere IQ

One number for the health of your sphere.

Zero to 100, recomputed every night from five parts: data health, coverage, concentration, momentum and capacity. Under it, last night's findings, ranked, each one a click from the people behind it.

  • See which part is dragging the score, not just the score
  • New agents see "Building" for 30 days instead of a misleading number
  • Your coach sees it on your roster card

Ask Vera

Ask about your own sphere. Get an answer with sources.

Vera answers from your data, not the internet. She does not coach and does not estimate. If she cannot answer from your numbers, she says so. Every answer ends with where it came from. And on every contact page, "Vera says" shows what the numbers say about that person.

Who have I over-invested in? Who are my dormant producers? Which past clients should I reconnect with this month?

Why I built this

I have spent twenty years building real estate technology, ten of them inside one of the biggest names in real estate coaching. I watched great agents run their whole business on a ranked list and a daily habit, and I never saw anyone hand them a clear read on what all that work actually produced.

AgentEdge keeps the list and the habit. It does the prep, and it shows you the numbers behind your own referrals. If that sounds useful, I would like to show you on your own sphere.

What experienced agents ask

Is this a CRM?
Not in the way the big ones are. It has the parts a referral business runs on: contacts, rankings, touch rhythm, dates, notes, referrals and closings. It skips pipelines, lead routing and mass email, on purpose.
Can I bring my contacts and rankings?
Yes. Paste a list or type people in, or send us your export and we will load it for you and map your rankings to stars. We will confirm what your export includes before we promise any field.
I don't want to be coached.
Then pick a chief of staff. No pep talks, no homework, no grading. A short list, the reason each person is on it, and what to say.
Will the AI make up numbers?
No. The numbers are computed by the database from your records. Vera only explains them, and every number she writes is checked before it is shown. If she cannot answer from your data, she says so.
What doesn't it do?
It does not print and mail anything, and it does not send email blasts. AgentEdge+ adds the marketing tools for the content itself: notes, market updates, just listed and just sold, social posts and more.
What does it cost?
$59 a month, cancel any time. AgentEdge+ is +$20 and Pro is +$40. Loading your database is free.
