CoachingEdge · for brokers, coaches & team leads

You keep the coaching. We do the preparation.

A daily brief across your entire roster, AI session prep before every conversation, and read-only dashboards so agents show up with their numbers already on the table — instead of you chasing them for it the night before.

You and ten agents for $590/month — less than one agent on a national coaching program.

The economics

Ten agents and their coach, for less than one agent anywhere else.

Your agents already believe activity ratios matter — that's what they're paying for. Nobody has ever measured theirs. That's the gap you can close that a national program can't, at about a tenth of the cost.

A national coaching program
$549–750
per agent, per month
Asserted conversion ratios from a curriculum, applied identically to every agent in every market. Ten agents would run you $5,490–7,500 a month.
CoachingEdge · Lead + 10 agents
$590
per month, everything included
Ten agents on their own plans, built by the Edge Engine from their goal, archetype and market — plus your coach platform, free at this tier.

Roster daily brief

Open one dashboard. Know who needs you today.

The engine reads every agent's logged activity, targets, check-ins and pulse overnight, and surfaces the ones who are slipping — with the reason, not just a red number.

Your roster · Thursday10 agents · 3 flagged
Dana R. Conversations 4/18 this week and stress at 5 for three days. Third slipped week in a row — this is a conversation about capacity, not activity.
Marcus T. Hitting total touches but 82% are nurture. He'll finish the week feeling productive and book nothing. Worth showing him the split.
Priya S. Database at 61 against a required 126. Her plan is arithmetically out of reach until that moves — start there, not on call volume.
Seven others On or ahead of target. No action needed today.
What you get

The preparation layer under your coaching

AI session prep

Before every call: where they are against plan, what's moved since last session, their current mood read, and three prioritised topics to open with. You stop spending the first ten minutes finding out what happened.

Client dashboards

A full read-only view of every agent you coach — plan, targets, actuals, sphere, check-ins, pulse history. Everything they see, you see.

Session tracking

Log every session with before-and-after pulse metrics, so you can show an agent — and yourself — whether the coaching is actually moving anything.

Notes & video messages

Send a note or a recorded message between sessions. It lands inside their AgentEdge, in context, next to the number you're talking about.

Two-tier activity targets

Every agent's plan splits appointment-driving conversations from relationship nurture, and only the first drives the appointment math. Most plans don't — which is why agents hit their touch count and miss the goal.

Measured conversion rates

The engine starts on industry defaults and says so. As your agents log, their real rates replace the assumptions — per agent, and pooled by archetype across the platform. That's the claim no franchise can make.

Getting started

We set it up with you, not at you

Rosters take a little configuring, so this isn't self-serve on purpose. Thirty minutes on a call and your first agents are running.

01

Book a 30-minute demo

We'll run the roster brief and session prep on real numbers — ideally one of your own agents' — so you can judge the output rather than a feature list.

02

We build your roster together

We onboard your agents personally and build their first plans with them on a call. No "watch this video and figure it out."

03

You run your sessions

With the daily brief and session prep in front of you. If after thirty days your sessions aren't better, cancel from inside the app.

Book a demo

Thirty minutes, on your numbers

Bring one real agent — anonymised is fine — and we'll build their plan live so you can see what the engine actually produces before you decide anything.

  • No slide deck, no discovery call before the demo
  • We onboard your agents personally if you go ahead
  • No annual contract, cancel from inside the app

Straight answers

The questions coaches actually ask

Is this trying to replace me?
No, and it would be a bad product if it were. The engine does arithmetic and preparation. It cannot hold an agent accountable, read a room, or tell someone a hard truth they've been avoiding. What it does is make sure that when you do those things, you're doing them against real numbers.
My agents won't log their activity.
Some won't — which is why the plan ramps instead of starting at the full number, and why logging is one tap or a scanned day sheet. But you don't need perfect adherence to calibrate. And if an agent genuinely won't log anything, you have a coaching problem software can't fix — the difference is you'll see it on day four instead of month four.
I already have a system and a spreadsheet.
Then you've done the hard part, which is caring about the ratios. The question is whose ratios they are. Ours start as industry defaults too. The difference is that after a couple of quarters they're your agents' measured rates, and a spreadsheet can't do that no matter how good it is.
What if I have more than ten agents?
The coach platform runs up to 15 agents, and larger rosters and brokerage-wide pricing are straightforward — bring your headcount to the demo and we'll quote it there.
Can I use my own methodology?
Yes. The conversion rates, work weeks and activity mix are all inputs. If your model says something different from the industry default, put your numbers in and the engine will build plans on yours — and then measure whether they hold.
Why isn't there a free trial?
Rosters need configuring and your agents deserve a real onboarding rather than an empty dashboard. Thirty minutes with us is faster than an afternoon of self-serve setup, and you'll know inside that call whether it's for you.
