Every morning, one screen tells you which coaches are moving agents, which need a call today, and how the whole roster is trending. Evidence-based Coaching Impact Scores. AI-drafted daily briefs. Roster health color-coded on demand. Zero spreadsheets.
Thirty minutes on a screen share. No slide deck, no discovery call before the demo.
Not because the people running these organizations aren't paying attention — because the information they'd need lives in session notes, in individual coaches' heads, and in a spreadsheet somebody updates on Fridays.
You know how many sessions each coach logged. You know who the agents like. Neither of those is the same as knowing whose agents actually improved — and session volume rewards the coach who books the most calls, not the one who changes the most behaviour.
The coach who's quietly underwater, and the agent who's four weeks from walking away, both show it in the data long before anyone says it out loud. By the time it reaches you in a one-on-one, it's a resignation conversation instead of a coaching one.
Every new coach, every agent assignment and every reassignment routes through the one or two people who know everybody. That works at twenty agents. At two hundred it's the reason growth stalls.
Seven things the org side does. The read-outs below are samples built the way the real ones are — from logged sessions, check-ins, activity and pulse scores.
Every coach in the organization on one screen, color-coded by whichever health metric you choose from the dropdown — Overall Health, Wellness, Activity Adherence, Energy, Motivation, Confidence, Focus or Stress. Change the metric and the whole roster recolors. It's the same view whether you have six coaches or sixty.
The point of the dropdown is that “doing well” isn't one number. A coach can be green on activity adherence and red on wellness, and those are two completely different conversations.
Every agent in the organization rendered as a sphere, orbiting either the org center or their own coach. Distance is wellness — the further out, the further from healthy. Color is whichever metric you picked. Four view modes let you regroup the whole thing without leaving the page.
Click any sphere to zoom to it and open a quick-view. A ranked list sits on the right so you can jump straight to the bottom ten or the top ten. It's the one place on the site where the flashy thing is also the fastest way to find a problem — an agent drifting away from a healthy coach is visible in a second and takes three clicks to find in a table.
One coach, their full roster, and the same color-by control applied to their agents. Session pipeline, Coaching Impact stats, and roster health at a glance — everything you'd want in front of you before a coach one-on-one, already assembled.
Org-scoped tables with search, filter and in-place edit. Assign a coach to any agent. Transfer an agent between coaches without losing their history — the sessions, check-ins and plan progress travel with the agent, so a reassignment isn't a reset.
Provision an agent without picking a coach — they land in the unassigned bucket and start working immediately. When they finish their profile video, hit Find matches and the system scores every eligible coach on archetype fit, skill-gap coverage, vertical alignment and coach quality, then returns the top three with the reasoning for each.
It's a recommendation, not an assignment. Someone still makes the call — they just make it with the scoring in front of them instead of from memory.
Every morning, a written summary of the standouts and the concerns across the whole roster. Drafted from that night's data — not a template with names dropped into it. When nothing needs your attention, it says so instead of manufacturing urgency.
The org side sees the same underlying data the coach sees: sessions logged, weekly video check-ins, daily wellness pulse, sphere touches, plan progress. Nothing is summarised away from you.
With two deliberate exceptions, which are the subject of the next section.
This is usually the first question a coach asks when you tell them the org is getting a dashboard, and the answer decides whether they use the product honestly or start managing it.
Coach Notes are private to the coach who wrote them. The whole value of a private note is that it's private. A coach who's writing for an audience writes worse notes.
Coach-to-agent message threads stay in the thread. Not visible to org admins, not exportable, not surfaced in any report.
Agent-side personal to-dos and reflection notes stay with the agent unless the agent chooses to share them.
Enterprise gives you the governance and roster-health picture you need to run the operation. It doesn't give you a window into a coaching relationship — and we'd rather lose a deal over that than ship the version where you can read your coaches' notes.
Three roles. Most of the people you'll add belong in the bottom two, and the product assumes that rather than making everybody an admin to get anything done.

Enterprise wraps around whichever vertical your organization coaches. The org screens don't change — the language inside each agent's account does.
Brokerages, teams and coaching companies running real-estate agents. Plans built from listings, closings and sphere size; the full marketing and client-deliverable toolset available to agents who have it.
Insurance agencies, advisory firms, mortgage shops, home-services franchises — anyone whose people run generate leads → have conversations → close deals. Agents pick General Business at signup: the plan math uses their funnel and their average deal size, and the real-estate-only tools are hidden.
If you coach both, run both. Coach matching factors vertical alignment into its scoring, so a general-business agent doesn't get handed to a coach whose whole book is residential real estate.
Coach roster, constellation, Impact Scores, daily org brief, matching, governance — all the same. You're not learning two products because you coach two kinds of people.
An org dashboard is only as good as what's in it, so the first two weeks matter more than the demo does.
White-glove if you want it — we'll sit on a call and set up your first coaches and their rosters with you. Self-serve if you'd rather move at your own pace. Both are included.
Send us a CSV and support loads your agents in, assigned to the right coaches. You don't type two hundred names into a form.
The default scoring model weights activity adherence, pulse movement and plan progress. If your organization measures coaching differently, tell us what matters and we'll retune the weights for your org.
A shared Slack channel with us for larger rosters, so a question on Tuesday gets answered on Tuesday. Bring your headcount to the call and we'll tell you where that threshold sits.
We don't sell it and we don't train models on your check-ins, sessions or notes. It's there to run your coaching operation, which is the only thing it's for.
Messages and Coach Notes aren't visible to org admins at any role level. That's a product decision, not a settings default.
Admin, CoachAdmin and Viewer, scoped to your organization. Add a regional manager as a Viewer and they see the picture without being able to change anything.
We'll run the coach roster, the constellation and a daily org brief on real numbers — ideally shaped like yours — so you can judge the output instead of a feature list.
