BrokerEdge · for brokers, managing brokers & office leaders

Keep the agents you already have.

BrokerEdge is CoachingEdge with the tools you need to run an office. Every agent is measured against their own normal, so you see who is drifting weeks before it shows up in closings. Every Monday, a brief tells you who to check in with, and why.

Thirty minutes on a screen share. No slide deck, no discovery call before the demo.

The problem

Closings tell you an agent is struggling. They tell you months too late.

By the time production drops, the agent has usually stopped prospecting, stopped showing up, and started taking calls from other offices. The signs were there earlier. They just weren't anywhere you could see them.

“Who is drifting right now?”
The lag problem

Production numbers trail behavior by 60 to 90 days. An agent can be four weeks into pulling back before a single closing goes missing, and in a busy office nobody notices until the conversation is about leaving.

What BrokerEdge does: a retention radar built on what comes before the closings: activity, sessions, check-ins and plan pace, each measured against the agent's own history.
“What do I actually say to them?”
The conversation problem

A red flag without a reason is a guess. Walk in with a guess and the conversation feels like an audit. Walk in with the facts and it feels like support.

What BrokerEdge does: Vera's “Why?” explains every flag in plain numbers, each one checked against the data, and ends with a next step that helps the agent.
“Is the office on pace?”
The visibility problem

Every agent set a plan in January. Whether the office as a whole is tracking to those plans usually lives in a spreadsheet somebody updates when they have time.

What BrokerEdge does: the Office Forecast rolls every agent's plan and actual pace into one office view, refreshed from what they log.

What BrokerEdge adds on top of CoachingEdge

The read-outs below are samples built the way the real ones are: from logged activity, sessions, check-ins and plans.

01

Retention radar

Every agent on your roster, sorted by who needs support. Each agent is compared only with their own normal, never with the rest of the office, so a steady part-timer doesn't look like a problem and a top producer who quietly drops off doesn't hide behind big numbers.

Agents land in one of four bands: High, Watch, Steady or New. Every row shows the reasons it fired and which way it moved since last week. New agents are tracked on their own ramp instead of against a history they don't have yet.

Retention radar · this week Sample · 32 agents · 2 high · 3 watch
Jordan M. High ↑ Logged activity down to a third of his usual pace for three weeks. Missed his last two coaching sessions. No check-in in 16 days.
Renee K. High → Check-ins flagged two weeks running. Appointments set down from her normal 3 a week to 1.
Luis P. Watch ↑ Sphere touches well below his own average since the first of the month. Sessions still on schedule.
27 others Steady against their own normal, or New and on their ramp. No action needed today.
02

Vera's “Why?”

Click Why? on any row and Vera, the analyst, lays out what changed and by how much. The math is done by the database, not by AI. Vera only explains what the numbers already say, and every number she writes is checked against the data before you see it.

She also tells you when a flag might not mean what it looks like. An agent who stopped logging but is still closing on pace gets a “Still normal” note, so you don't open with “what's wrong” when the honest answer is “nothing, I just stopped using the app.”

Why? · Jordan M. Sample · own history, last 12 weeks
What changed
Jordan averaged 14 logged contacts a week through August. The last three weeks he has logged 5, 4 and 4. He missed coaching sessions on Oct 21 and Oct 28 after attending eleven in a row.
What hasn't
He has two closings on the calendar for November, which keeps him on pace for his plan this year.
A next step
A short one-on-one this week, opened around his November closings, not the missed sessions.
03

The Monday broker brief

One page at the start of the week: who to check in with and the reason for each, who is improving, and anything worth a quick word of thanks. Written from that week's data, not a template with names dropped in. When the office is steady, it says so instead of manufacturing urgency.

Broker brief · Monday Sample · 32 agents
Check in this week
Jordan M. and Renee K. Both have moved well off their own normal over the last three weeks. Neither has asked for help. A coffee lands better than an email.
Improving
Ava R. was on watch in September. Her logged activity has been back at her usual pace for three straight weeks. Worth telling her you noticed.
New agents
Two agents in their first 90 days, both on their ramp. One has set her first appointment.
04

Mark handled

Once you've had the conversation, mark the agent handled with a short note. The row moves off your list so the radar stays a to-do list, not a wall of red. If things slip again, reopen it, and the note is still there.

05

Office Forecast

Every agent's plan for the year and their actual pace, rolled up into one office view. See where the office is tracking, which agents are carrying it, and who is behind their own plan, without asking anyone to update a spreadsheet.

06

Outcomes Rolling out

What happened to every agent the radar flagged: recovered, still on watch, or left. A weekly snapshot builds the history, and when an agent leaves your roster you record why. Over a year it becomes your retention rate and your proof that the conversations worked.

Departures with no warning on the radar are shown too. They're honest, and they're how the radar gets better.

07

Your broker profile

BrokerEdge starts with a short profile video. You answer five questions about your office vision, retention, accountability across the office, how you develop agents, and why agents should choose your brokerage. The broker tools switch on once it's recorded.

Check-ins and video messages

Each agent's weekly video check-in with an AI read, and short video messages from you when someone needs one.

Support, not surveillance

Built so agents stay honest with it

The radar only works if agents keep logging and keep telling the truth in their check-ins. So the broker tools are designed around what an agent would be comfortable with their broker seeing.

The rules the broker tools follow.

Counts, not contacts. The radar, the brief and Vera work from how much an agent is doing, not who they're doing it with. No dollar figures appear in any of the broker tools.

Each agent against their own history. Never ranked against the agent at the next desk, so a flag means “different from you,” not “worse than them.”

Every flag ends in a supportive step. A check-in, a coaching session, a change in support. Never a warning.

Private notes stay private. An agent's personal notes are excluded at the database, not hidden by a setting.

Agents know what you see. Rolling out Before an agent connects to your office, they see in plain words what you'll be able to view, and they can choose whether to share their wellness scores with you.

Getting started

We set it up with you, not at you

A radar with nobody on it tells you nothing, so the first two weeks matter more than the demo does.

Your roster, built with you

We'll sit on a call and get your first agents connected with your Coach Code, so the dashboard has real activity in it from the first week.

The radar learns each agent's normal

Because every agent is compared with their own history, the radar gets sharper the longer they log. New agents are tracked on their ramp in the meantime.

Works alongside what you already use

BrokerEdge isn't a CRM and doesn't ask agents to leave theirs. It sits between your coaching conversations and keeps the daily list short.

A direct line, not a ticket queue

You talk to the people who built it. A question on Tuesday gets answered on Tuesday.

Straight answers

The questions brokers actually ask

How is BrokerEdge different from CoachingEdge?
BrokerEdge is CoachingEdge plus the broker tools: the retention radar, Vera's “Why?”, the Monday broker brief, Mark handled, the Office Forecast and Outcomes. If you coach agents but don't run an office, CoachingEdge is the better fit.
And from CoachingEdge Enterprise?
Enterprise is for organizations with several coaches or team leads, where you need to see how each coach's agents are doing. BrokerEdge is for the broker who is the one supporting the agents. If you're not sure which you are, ask on the call.
Does the radar see agents who don't use AgentEdge?
No. It works from what agents log, so it only covers agents on your roster who are using it. We'd rather say that plainly than let you assume the radar covers the whole office.
Will my agents feel watched?
The broker tools use counts, not contacts, show no dollar figures, compare each agent only with themselves, and keep private notes out at the database. Agents are shown what you can see before they connect. What a broker gets is a reason to have a supportive conversation earlier, which most agents would rather have than not.
Is this a recruiting tool?
Not today. BrokerEdge is built to keep and develop the agents you already have. Keeping an agent you've already recruited is usually the cheaper win.
Does it use MLS data?
No. Everything comes from what your agents log in the app: activity, sessions, check-ins, plans and closings. That's why it can see a change before it shows up in production.
How much does BrokerEdge cost?
It's priced on the number of agents on your roster. Fill in the form above with your headcount and you'll have the number on the call.
